PAYMENT POLICY

Non-Holiday Payment Policy

Payment by Check

  • A $100 Credit Card deposit is due at the time of the Reservation
  • 50% of the balance is due within 7 days of the Booking Date
  • Payment in full is due 30 days in advance of the Arrival Date
  • If payment or cancellation notice is not received within 30 days of Arrival Date, the credit card on file will be charged for balance due
  • Checks are not accepted for reservations made less than 30 days in advance of Arrival Date

Holiday Payment Policy

  • If payment or cancellation notice is not received by check within 60 days of Arrival Date, the credit card on file will be charged for balance due
  • Checks are not accepted for reservations made less than 60 days in advance of Arrival Date

Payment by Credit Card

  • 50% of the balance is due at the time of the Reservation
  • Payment in full is due 60 days prior to the Arrival Date
  • If payment or cancellation notice is not received within 60 days of Arrival Date, the credit card on file will be charged for balance due
  • Reservations made less than 60 days in advance are payable in full at the time of the Reservation

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • No refunds after the Cancellation Date, regardless of inclement weather or snow conditions
  • Non-Holiday Cancellation Date: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days in advance of arrival date
  • Holiday Cancellation Date: Cancellations must be made at least 60 days in advance of arrival date
  • When applicable, a cancellation fee of $100.00 will be withheld from all refundable deposits
  • All sales are final. We will do our best to accommodate reservation changes, but do not guarantee our ability to do so. In the event we can accommodate a change to your reservation, a $25 fee will be applied

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A Security Deposit in the amount of $500.00 will be authorized on your credit card within 72 hours of check-in and released within 7 days of check-out pending inspection of the condo. For Guests staying in pet-friendly condos, an additional $250 Security Deposit will be authorized.

The Security Deposit is fully refundable, provided no damages are incurred to the owner's personal or real property. EZMountain Vacations, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to withhold any or part of the Security Deposit to compensate for guest damages, which include, but are not limited to the following:

*Lost Keys / Key Not in Lockbox ($50 charge)

*More than standard cleaning required

*Damaged Linens

*Pet Damages or Violations

*Damage to owners personal or real property

*Unauthorized late checkout

*Checkout procedures not followed

Please remember that our condos are individually owned and made available for your use at the discretion of the owner. Your good care of their property is greatly appreciated. For fire safety, please do not remove any ashes or logs from the fire. All of our units are non-smoking and come with one set of sheets and premium towels. If your stay is 5 nights or longer, we will provide one complementary mid-stay towel change at your request. If you would like a full linen change or extra towels for the Jacuzzi, please order them at least two weeks in advance. Bath towels are $1.50 each, full linens are $4.00 each. A delivery charge of $10 may be required if linens are requested within two weeks of check-in.

EZMountain Vacations is not responsible for the operation of any on-site, common grounds facilities, including Pools, Jacuzzi's, Spa's, Recreational Facilities, etc.

PET POLICY

There is an additional $250 pet deposit in our pet friendly condos. Pets are not to be left unattended in the unit due to barking and scratching. We can assist you with finding a pet-sitter if you need one. Pets are to be on a leash at all times and owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. Any violation of these policies will result in charges against your damage deposit.

RIGHT TO EVICT

Each condo has a maximum number of persons that are allowed. Any group exceeding this capacity may be evicted without notice or refund if they are found to have violated this policy. In addition, all of our condos are NOT PET FRIENDLY unless specified as a pet friendly condo. If any member of a group brings a pet to a NON-PET FRIENDLY condo, the entire party may be evicted without notice or refund and total loss of the damage deposit.

USE OF THIS WEBSITE

Your use of this website and any Reservations made using this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein. Furthermore, you agree that you are over 21 years of age, legally able to enter into this contract, and that all the information that you provide on this website is accurate. You agree to honor all charges created by your use of this website (including booking fees, linen charges, housekeeping fees, unit rental fees, etc).

PRIVACY STATEMENT

The information that we collect is for use by and only by EZMountain Vacations. We use your information to process credit cards, and may send promotional materials and offers. These communications are not excessive. However, should you desire to be eliminated from any of our communication lists, please just let us know and we will be happy to oblige.

EZMountain Vacations provides links to other websites that you may find of interest. However, we do not endorse any of these sites and take no responsibility for any transaction that you may conduct with them.

LIABILITY

Please conduct yourself in a manor that will not put you, your children or your guests in harms way. Parents are responsible for the actions of their minor children, as well as themselves. This site is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate the ordering process. Neither EZMountain Vacations nor any of its members, owners or staff may be held liable for any damages arising out of the use of this website or services. However infrequent, it is possible that the latest information on a unit may not be available on-line. This may include decor, price, availability, etc. We reserve the right to notify you regarding any necessary changes to your reservation. Renters shall indemnify the owners of each condo and all members of EZMountain Vacations from any and all claims, liability, damages resulting from their us of the property. Renters also agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of the home owners association, including early rental termination for cause without discrimination and with no refund.

SECURITY

Although our website is secure, it is always best to exercise caution when providing your credit card information on-line. Our credit cards are processed via a secure gateway on the Verisign server. We do not retain credit card numbers. Please do not send credit card information by e-mail. This is not secure. If you are uncomfortable with ordering over the web, we are equipped to handle your transaction by phone. We will also accept a check that clears in advance of all required due dates. A reservation may only be held with a credit card.
